DaVinci-Cribs.com is my Web site with research and reviews about various models and styles of DaVinci cribs, dressers, changing tables, and other baby furniture.
The picture here isn’t of me. It’s my wonderful sister and nephews. All my research into Da Vinci cribs started a few years ago, when I was helping my younger sister shop for the perfect beds for her hard-won (3 rounds of IVF) soon-to-be-born fraternal twin baby boys.
I don’t have kids of my own, but I’ve been a professional researcher in Los Angeles and DC, and I’ve been accused of being detail-oriented and … okay … maybe a bit obsessive. So my sister (who was a tad busy at the time, swelling up from nose to toes) set me to the task of learning everything I could about the best cribs on the market.
Still, at the end of the day, the boys only needed one crib apiece (or only one for BOTH, when they were tiny enough to share. Have you ever seen anything cuter? Check out those burrito babies!)
A convertible crib is used from the time your baby is a tiny tot until they’re tumbling toddlers in big boy (or girl) beds. So once my sister bought her boys’ cribs, she really didn’t need my information any more.
Rather than let it go to waste, I thought that the research I gathered might be useful for other about-to-be moms and dads (or obsessively helpful aunts). I put together this site with my research for my sister, reviews from current crib owners, updates and new information as I find it, and places to buy the cribs online.
I hope you find the DaVinci-Cribs.com site useful in deciding whether a Da Vinci crib is right for you.
