The basic Emily DaVinci changing table is designed with two side panels, a changing platform on top, then a small drawer for diaper cream and other supplies just below, and then two larger shelves with room for diapers and other larger sized supplies. There are no doors on any shelves as this is a lightweight basic diaper changing table designed to take up less room while holding everything need to change diapers in one place.

This basic version of this changing table only serves one basic purpose in the nursery. It will provide a nice place to securely make diaper changes while in the nursery, but other than that it won’t be used often.
If you want something more functional or more substantially sized, you can opt to purchase the three drawer version of the changing table. This is a larger cabinet with three larger sized pull-out style drawers. It appears to be regular small chest of drawers except there is a changing table on the top.
This version is larger sized and will take up a bit more room, but it also serves more than one purpose. You can keep clothing, toys, and other items inside the drawers rather than just storing diaper changing supplies. It also has a more elegant appearance since the contents of the shelves are not out in the open for all to see.
